System Improvements, Inc. says its TapRooT Software is the one program people can use to report incidents, analyze root causes, develop corrective actions, write and approve reports, track fixes, validate the effectiveness of the fixes, and trend performance in a secure, password-protected environment. Developed over a two-year period, the software is written with an SQL database that allows the program to be set up as a Single-user Database on a local hard drive, as a Workgroup Database with 8-10 simultaneous users across a Local Area Network (LAN) or an Enterprise Database that allows for unlimited simultaneous users across a Wide Area Network (WAN). TapRooT is built with 21 CFR Part 11 (Electronic Signature) Compliance in mind with security at the program, incident and technique level, unique user name/password per individual; audit trail; and signature documentation for signature events (multi-user versions only).
